For the streaked finish I first paint my base color-in this case sand for doped linen. Then give it a coat of Future. Once that dries I simply paint the green with a brush. I find that Model Master paints are sufficiently thin to allow for a good streak effect.

Then another coat of Future and repeat, perhaps with different shades of green.

NICE !!!!  I was considering the decals at one time for my Tripe, but went the way o'da brush...I like your method...will certainly try that next time around!

Model Master enamels right out of the bottle-sometimes the brush first dipped in thinner then wiped-it depends on the paint. I've found most MM enamels to be thinner than they used to be.
