I guess I'm just the suspicious sort, but I can't help wondering if this is not another case of mold sharing and is in fact mostly Eduard with some Dragon enhancements. I guess we'll find out when it hits the shelves !

It is all Dragon OEM CyberHobby release.  See the engine nacelles on the Eduard kit:

Compare to CyberHobby:

The Dragon kit will retaill in the US $10USD cheaper at only $39.95USD.

From what I hear it's a scaled down kit of their 1/32 kit. I've also heard it still does not deal with the leading edge slats issue - actually none of the 110 kits have open slats.

I don't know why this is such an issue,  Undecided seems to me they could be provided as photoetch parts with a resin tool to form them over.

Heck, in 1/32 scale I wouldn't think working slats would be all that difficult !

This one does!  I got the kit yesterday.  It comes with the slats in the retracted position but looking at the inner sides you see the cut lines scribed in.  The slats, and mounts, are included as separate parts.  Unlike the Eduard kit, the flaps can be positions at 45 degrees deployed.

Inside the landing gear bays, the formers include lightening holes.  All the guns have pin molded muzzles.  I have already begun drilling these out deeper and I can forgo the Quickboost guns I bought for the Eduard kit.

Photos may be posted if there is an interest.

some notes on the Cyber-Hobby kit (it is sold as Cyber-Hobby in the US and Japan and includes two extra sprues, g, with engines and mounts for the first run in these markets).

Be careful of the pre bent wire, MB, which replicates the dinghy release cable.  It is in the envelope with the sharkmouth decals.  I almost lost it when I moved the decals to a Ziploc bag.

You will need to drill four holes to mount the cable and guide eyes.  Step 3 correctly labels the fuselage parts but in step 9, you should drill out part A32 (not A30).

In a previous post I mentioned the leading edge slats, there are handled in step 8 and is optional.

Two canopies are provided, one is completely closed while the other allows for all panels to be opened.  I will save one to see if it fits my Revell-o-gram Bf-110G-4 to backdate to an F series.

Comparing to the Eduard kits, it does lack all the armament choices.

the decals are very nicely done and two different sharkmouths are included for the two schemes offered, a nice touch.

I am writing a review.  If you can find the Classic Publications monograph on the Bf-110 B-E, get it as it is the best reference on the aircraft.  I also have the three volume set from Wydawnictwo Militaria.

Not really. It's a pretty easy fix. I did it on a Revellogram a few years ago. I just cut out the slat, and thinned down the trailing edge of it. Filled in the resulting hole with a stack of styrene, sanded to shape, and scribed in a couple notches for the actuators. Accurate??? I don't know, I had no refs at the time.
